All the Extra Quality Time Together!

With the current pace of life and lifestyle, it’s more than just difficult to squeeze out that bit of time and spend it leisurely. When you opt for a couple shoot, you get to sneak away from the everyday monotony of life, and just be with each other, and spend the much-needed time. Couple shoots allow you to hold hands, exchange glances, kisses, whispers in each other’s ears; and there’s nothing better than having your precious moments captured!

All the Right Space to Get Creative and Personal!

Couple shoots give you the freedom to be yourself, at the moment, and get as creative as you can. When we look at this from the photographer’s point of view, it allows them complete freedom, as well, to explore their creativity, in the best of ways possible. Exploring new ways to capture love at its purest and rawest form is an art in itself. And going for a couple shoot, allows both, the couple and the photographers to reach out for the edge as creatively as possible.

Celebrating the Story of Love.

Images portray stories in a much special way than anything else can. There’s no better way to celebrate your love than displaying your pictures of togetherness and the special moments. Be it at your wedding receptions, birthdays, or anniversaries, your pictures will always be a special memory to look back to, and retell your tale of love!

Experience Your Special Moments At Your Special Locations!

There are always locations that are special to a couple, a place that takes them back to beginnings and special moments. Going for a couple shoot means that you get to re-visit your fond memories, at those very locations, special to you both. Be it a movie theatre, a tea stall, a specific road, or any location closest to your heart. A couple shoots allow you to relive the moments, and experience the very same emotions and feelings, all over again. It’s like going back in time, only to freeze it, forever!

Get Rid of The Awkwardness.
If you’re someone who’s soon going to tie the knot with your soulmate and are a tad bit camera conscious, nothing’s better than going for a couple shoot before your big day! This is much like a pre-rehearsal, to eradicate your shyness in front of the camera and prepare yourself for a glamorous, fun-filled photoshoot. This way, both the couple and the photographers get to know each other, and also get comfortable around each other. Photographers are always around to help you get rid of the nervousness you might feel, while being in front of the camera, together.

Include All Your Elements!

You guys got a pet, together? A plant? Even better, a PS4? Guess what, you get to include any and everything that you feel is personal and close to your heart, in your photoshoot. Can these elements be taken to a KalyanaMandapam? Umm, no! But can these be included in your couple photoshoot, with no boundaries and limitations, whatsoever? Well, yeah!

All That Bling on Social Media!

We all wish for those breezy, beach photos, or the snuggly moments in the mountains to be upon our social media platforms! It gets better – with the special Memory features on both Instagram and Facebook, you get to share a perfect #throwback picture, every once in a while.

What to wear for the photoshoots:

Deciding what to wear on your pre-wedding photoshoot can be a tricky task. A lot of confusion going into this, as to if the couple should wear matching outfits, or should you go with outfits that match your personalities or just go with outfits that are casual or should it be a time turner. If you ask us, we would say it should be the outfits that make you look and feel good, as simple as that. At the same time, we can’t find words to stress the importance of these outfits. Have a look at it and you’ll know.

Wear Something Flowy
Let the flutters of your heart reflect in your dress. Pick an outfit that flows in the wind. Like the movies you’ve seen growing up, be the lead in your very own love saga. It is so easy to manage on a photoshoot and so versatile and you’ll not go wrong with any funky poses possible.

Wear It For The Location
Before spending on the dress, sit down and decide on the location. What you wear for your pre-wedding photoshoot should solely depend on where you are going to shoot, the backdrop, and the setting. For example, bright color outfits work well for urban locations, and dreamy locations, so stick with classy.

When In Doubt, Stick To Classy
Pre-wedding shoots are going to happen once in a lifetime even if you’ve planned two or three locations in your mind. They are going to stand still for 30 to 40 years to come. So when you are in a doubt, pick the classiest and timeless outfits ever.

Coordinate Your Clothes
As much as you coordinate your outfits to the location, and backdrop it’s way more important that you coordinate with your partner’s outfit. Your outfits may stand-alone perfect with the location but they have to go hand in hand with your partner’s. Pick outfits that complement your style and your partner.

Stay Comfortable
If being casual is your style, then go with it. Choose clothes that you can easily move in. Do not worry about sucking in your stomach or covering up your arms during the shoot. In short, wear something you would wear to a nice dinner date and enjoy the feel. Hands down they are the perfect choice for summers!

Play With Colours
Remember your location backdrop and add a pop of color through your outfit. There is no better show stopper than this idea! Pick colors to round off with your partner’s outfit along with the backdrop. A deep red paired with black and lush green, a classic black and white with pops of color in the background can never go wrong.

A Gown Can Never Go Wrong
A bright and vibrant color maxi with a perfect light that will enhance your photos. They are traditional and classy and never go out of fashion. They are flowy, you can twirl, give a lot of motion to your picture that will always bring back memories when you did that. Plus they are a lot of fun and comfy to wear.

Avoid Stripes and Checks
Stripes and checks look jarring on the cameras and sometimes they do more hindrance to your body shape. So it is best to avoid them a full way. Go with solids and colors that complement each other.

Show off your style
Play cool with dresses you’ll wear to a date. Or even the ones you wore on your first date to recreate a memory. Your pre-wedding shoot is all about your story, so say it your way! Add theatre and drama to it to take it up a notch.
